Utilistor features include:
Utilistor Storage Dashboard. The Storage dashboard provides Administrators
with an easy to use centralised window into their storage management infrastructure.
The dashboard provides a single console for ensuring your data is being managed
whilst you get on with more important things.
Otium’s Dashboard is very simple but also very powerful. It works
in an explorer type format that is quick to learn. By providing features
such as logical groups, it allows Administrators to manage data in a way
that makes sense for them. The Dashboard can be run from any networked workstation.
DSM
Server View
Disk Space Monitor. The Utilistor DSM module provides instant and constant monitoring of disks and volumes. It monitors capacity utilisation and I/O performance. System Administrators set thresholds and if they are breached they are alerted automatically. (Get the DataSheet)
DSR Saved Reports
Disk Space Reporter. Utilistor
DSR is a very powerful tool for interrogating your data. DSR allows administrators
to understand exactly what data they have on their disks and then make informed
decision about how and whether to manage that data. (Get the DataSheet)
Scheduler. Utilistor includes a simple, easy to use scheduler. This allows complete flexibility in scheduling Utilistor functions. We also provide the capability to schedule ’external’ applications. This allows administrators to use Utilistor as a central point for planning and scheduling Windows Server related batch jobs.
Utilistor DataMover. Utilistor Disk Space Reporter (DSR) provides the easiest and most cost effective way to analyse, classify and report on your data. Utilistor DataMover now allows you to apply managed actions (such as move/copy/delete) against the information that DSR produces.
Datastor. Utilistor uses it’s Datastor to record relevant information about the data in your environment. The Datastor employs RDMS functionality for powerful reporting. Otium have also added a simple to use option that allows you to keep the size of the database under control.
