Repair Services

Our repair service is totally fault driven.

When you send a drive to us we charge an Inspection fee to clean, inspect and determine the fault/test the drive. If the cost of repair does not exceed this charge, the drive is then returned.

In the event of the cost to repair exceeding the above charge we advise you of the cost - you then have the choice to proceed within your budget.

Your options maybe to proceed with the repair, swop or upgrade or return. Whatever your budget requires. You control the process and the cost!

All units are thouroughly tested after repair and we produce a printout of the Read/Wite performance of the machine, which we send to you, so that you can see the working condition of the unit.
